Are you a great communicator who puts the customer first? Then we are looking for you! As our French Communication & Support Assistant at Webador, your role will be to inform, guide and encourage our (potential) customers to use our services via email and social media. We want to empower every customer to build a website or webshop they can be proud of. You will also be working together with people from different disciplines and you will proactively contribute with initiatives to improve the experience for French speaking users and to stimulate our growth in the French speaking markets.

:q! We aim to inspire more and more (small) businesses worldwide in sharing their passions online. That’s why we recently launched, and we’re now looking for a native French speaker to support our French-speaking customers and assist us with our overall strategy for the French market.

Your tasks

  • Resolve customer support inquiries
  • Deliver professional customer support via email (in English and French)
  • Identify opportunities to improve our product and the customer experience
  • Assist with online marketing tasks for the French market
  • Content translation and localization
  • Contribute to our localized content on

Your profile

  • You are fluent in French (native level)
  • You have an upper intermediate level of English; Dutch is a plus
  • You have at least 1 year of experience in a support/communication role or a related field (a related degree is a plus)
  • You are a great communicator (written and verbally)
  • You have a service-oriented mindset and approach to work
  • You have an affinity with the internet and with computers
  • You are a team player
